Desktop GIS

qgis.jpgWith QGIS desktop GIS, you can create, edit, visualise, analyse and publish map information – just like any commercial desktop GIS application, but it’s completely free to download and use. Our consultants make extensive use of QGIS and we can offer a breadth and depth of expertise in how to get the most from the application.

Many of our customers that have traditionally used commercial desktop GIS packages are now making the switch to QGIS to reduce their costs. As we have wide experience in both the commercial and Open Source desktop GIS domains we can ensure that the migration progresses in a risk averse manner. We can help with the business case, planning, transitioning and migration and have developed a range of support information and workshop materials to engage with your users.

We also offer a range of QGIS and other Open Source GIS Training Courses.

If you’re interested in switching to Open Source GIS solutions like QGIS, please get in touch with us.  You too can significantly reduce your software costs!
