Dear Customer,

As the situation with Coronavirus/COVID-19 continues to evolve daily, we want to keep you informed of the steps and measures thinkWhere is taking to ensure the safety of our staff and the continued delivery of the services you rely on from our teams.

Remote working

Our aim is to continue to provide our usual high quality services and support. We have reviewed our operations and essential suppliers/third party dependencies to ensure we can continue to deliver our critical business functions. At this stage we don’t anticipate any impact on our service.

As a business we already have very effective remote working capabilities in place and staff regularly work from home as part of their day to day duties. All our core business systems are Cloud-based which is perfectly suited for home working, allowing our team to connect and communicate with each other, and with our customers, in a secure environment from any location.

Meetings and Training Services

We are committed to minimising risk of exposure and transmission of this virus. For the foreseeable future, all meetings will be undertaken remotely via phone or video conference.

We have also taken the decision to postpone our upcoming training events with immediate effect. Delegates already booked onto our open training courses will be rebooked onto a later course or offered a refund. Planned training events to be held onsite at customer premises will be reviewed on a case by case basis with each customer. We will keep our website up to date with any changes to our schedule of events, and we will be directly in touch with you if you have subscribed to an affected event.

Direct Communications

While all our systems will be fully operational, our preference would be that existing customers contact us by the Service Desk portal (https://support.thinkwhere.com/) or by email (support@thinkwhere.com) in the first instance.

We realise this is a fast moving, challenging situation and the most important thing we can do right now is heed the advice of health officials. Please follow all governmental and official guidelines to help make sure yourself, your colleagues and families remain safe.

We will continue to keep you updated with any relevant news via our website, social media channels and direct email as appropriate.

If you have any queries, please contact us on 01786 476060 or by email at info@thinkwhere.com .

Kind regards,

The thinkWhere Team
